Eating Right

Alcohol
Elvis never drank alcohol. Alcohol affects your ability to sing well. You should not drink at all if you want to sing at a professional level and if you do, then definitely don't drink on the day, or even the day before a performance. If you did drink some alcohol, exercise it out of your system as soon as you can and drink a lot of water.
Exercising
Many writings talk about how Elvis exercised constantly. He practiced Racketball. He rode a stationary bike at Graceland. He practiced Karate.

Daily Tuning
Daily Tuning Your voice —–
Elvis said many times in interviews about what he was doing to maintain his voice. The first thing he quickly and instinctively would say was that he tuned his voice everyday. Which means he took 30 to 45 minutes tuning his voice every day. That doesn't includ melody tuning. He would start melody vocalizing on the song "Lead Me, Guide Me." He played on the piano every song he sung.
